OK: Senate approves bill to fix loophole that allowed convicted sex offender to live next to victim

Danyelle says her uncle, ____ ____, was released from prison after he was convicted of molesting her when she was a child. Full Article

So this couldn’t have been fixed with a Restraining Order? It really needed a lawmaker’s work? Really?

“Loophole”? Umm, I believe it’s his right…oh wait, nevermind, he’s an RC, as in “Rights Cancelled.”

“Supposedly, he paid his debt to society and as long as he’s not near a church or a daycare or where children gather, he’s free to do as he wishes,” said Greg Dyer.

I love how every new law fixes a “loophole”. Pretty soon they are going to find the loophole that they let RCs out of prison/jail at all. The they will find the loophole that they let them live at all.
