Last session, the state Legislature missed an opportunity to make major changes in Connecticut’s sex offender registry by failing to pass Senate Bill 1113 as proposed by the state Sentencing Commission.

The registry will never be abolished though it should. It is an abomination! I works nothing but anti liberty for this indentured to the state’s property. The outcome for registrants listed is retribution at most every turn. Where do you see that he was removed from the Wisconsin registry?? I thought WI keeps everyone on, even if out of state or out of the solar system, if the offense was in WI.
E, Wiped clean! Sent him (Patterson) to New Mexico Max. A beef was reported tween him & other inmates recently. Not on WISOR at all. DOC neither. The states do plenty of human trafficking of prisoners for cost cutting purposes. JP was moved because of high profile. And to avoid a re-dalmer hit or potential of.
