A Ghent man has been sentenced to 855 years in prison on charges related to the sexual assault of his wife’s granddaughter, Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick ruled Wednesday.

Oh for christ’s sake just call it life at that point. These people are such hyberbolic morons it makes me sick.

Do these law makers think they’ll immortal and will live forever with everyone else? What about those who shot and kill a child, do they get over 300 years in prison? Of course not because shooting doesn’t involve sex and doesn’t get the public’s underwear in a wade of fear mongering.

Let me take a wild guess and say this guy was not on the registry at the time of the crimes.
I sure am glad the registry protected the child.

@ Disgusted in Michigan. (Amen on your commentt)

I’m certain that if he was on the registry, the article’s headline would have prominently displayed that fact. Am I missing something about the registry protecting children? If someone on the registry assaults a child, that indicates the registry did not protect the child. If someone NOT on the registry assaults a child, that indicates the registry did not protect the child. I’m sooooo confused.

This is a West Virginia case. I’m surprised that the judge did not order taxidermy so he could complete his sentence. Hmmmm his head might look good mounted on the warden’s office wall.

No, Ed, you’re not confused and you’re not stupid and you’re not blind. You know a lie when you see one. 👍🏻
The Registry is certainly not about public safety. The Registry is punishment, vengeance, shaming and shunning and retribution – plain and simple.

Because if it did (protect anyone) all those with criminal convictions would be required to register. There would absolutely be no excuse for lawmakers to not require them to. In the interest of public safety, strictly. This is why the registry needs to go. Entirely.

Well, to be fair and factual (unlike the Registry Terrorists (RTs) are), supposedly the Oppression Lists are preventing crimes and it is hard to count the crimes that have not occurred. So RTs have a hard time proving their oppression is productive. They have to rely on “common sense” and “thinking” with their emotions. No facts.

Personally, from what I’ve seen with my own eyes, I don’t think the OLs can prevent any crime. Every PFR that I’ve seen could commit any crime that they wanted, not hindered at all by the OLs. Every PFR that I’ve seen can easily be around children whenever they like and nearly always are.

It is clear to me that the OLs are truly idiotic social policy. Nothing but fantasy and wishful dreams that harms all of Amerika.

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
