Hey everyone, I have read in some of the general comments (In January in particular from Mathew ) about a 311.11a and a 1203.4.
For myself, my conviction was a state conviction of a 311.11a in 2011. I secured a 1203.4, but have yet gone for the 17b (I was waiting for at least the 10 year mark so I would have that in my arsenal to help make up for the lack of letters I will have for it….I just kept to myself, got a job, paid down my debts….hard to make new friends with this, especially after I lost all of my old ones 11 years ago…but I digress…)
So, my question is, does having a 1203.4 make me a Tier 1, or Tier 3? I got the expungement about 3+ years ago. Just trying to gauge where I’m at and if I can petition to get off of the registry (its been over 10 years!). Yes, I’m in California and never left here throughout the entire time I’ve been chained to it. Any input and a proper direction would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance!

Has anyone ever been able to get some action against a police sting where there was not physical victim but a police officer role playing? I had a 664/288(a) with no reparation to the victim since he was a 40 year old male deputy.
I just love it when all of our yelling about the governments constitutional violations becomes painfully obvious to all non-registrants. It seems that labeling the million of us on registries nation wide was not enough. Now that they have successfully completed their test run on us, the government is looking to expand their power, control and surveillance.

HELP, I’m hoping someone can answer for certain this question. I have been living and renting for 8 years in my current home. Always in good standing, recently a large management company purchased all the properties where I live. They have a condition in the rental application that NO FELONIES are allowed. I have been here eight years, have not had to reapply or sign a new lease or agreement. Can they inforce the new rule on me ? Am I safe based on the grandfather clause ? Should I be concerned ? My rent has never been increased, can they impose a massive increase ? Please advise if you’re certain.

She is currently free on $100,000 bail
If this were a guy that supposedly committed these acts there would be no bail set that would be this reasonable.

@TS. I suggested letter writing to ALI , to help the cause, but more than a few slammed me. Now the leadership here is letter writing. Glad to read of it. The slammers said dont attack a group who is helping. Frustration is one thing, fear is another. We are all sick of the registry. We all want change. Some have no hope. Others sound violent. I offered up the only legal, legitimate, response to 37 AG’s sending their beliefs. (Not jaded by their continued career motives) I don’t understand why ppl want to stop change by real, positive, actions. I guess some ppl really enjoy arguing here. Sad. That mindset should be used to end the registry not bicker with other ppl suffering with them.
Because Amerika has Hit Lists they deserve punishment. Every day the Hit Lists exist, punishment is earned. But what should it be?
The great thing about it is that I get to decide. I’m far more moral than they are so I sit in judgement. I’ll decide their fate.

Hey I have only 5 months left of this crap and I have even mentioned to my new PO if we have to go back to court so be it. That PO is no better than you or me only thing different is he has the bullets but who’s pulling the trigger. Respect can be a two way street. At times the factors don”t add up in much of this game.
I like to watch movies on here after all that is a free right isn’t it. At times even this registry can be a little Payton place. Guess nobody has ever heard of a redress of grievance. Seems everyone wants to stroke the fire. Comments are good if they are constructive or who’s being a bit hypocritical. So, something very weird has been happening lately and I am wondering if it has been happening other PFRs. I keep getting for the last 6 months an email stating that someone “Anamul” has been trying to log into my Facebook account, but I do not have a Facebook account because I do not like Facebook or its policies. It keeps coming into my email address. So, what I am worried about is if someone is starting to try to set us up regarding Internet Identifiers that they think we need to provide. I’m loathe to contact Facebook for anything and definitely loathe to admit to Zuckerberg or any of his staff that I am a PFR.
Moving out of California in 2 weeks, I tried calling the PD in area but I can seem to get a hold of the person who handles registration.
How would I deregister? Can I write them a certified letter, do I have to include the address of where I’m moving? I don’t exactly have my apartment just yet because it won’t be ready, so I’m staying at an extended stay.
Any advice?

Finally got a hold of the person in the registration office, and I was told that I am Tier 3, even though I was just a 311.11a conviction and had a 1203.4 expungement (no 17b yet). It’s odd how some are getting Tier 1 while I’m still stuck on Tier 3. Should I send a letter to someone, somewhere (aside from finishing up the 17b, that is obvious).
Any advice or direction would be appreciated. If I am going to send a letter, whom should I send it to, and what is the correct address?
San Jose, CA police arrest 35 sex assault suspects in major bust.
A grand jury indicted 19 Austin TX police officers for violation of the law. They have yet to go to trial but the governor is already on public record stating if found guilty he will have to step in and remedy the situation (pardon those found guilty).
So it appears in TX if a jury finds LE violating the law, they have complete impunity.
Below is the response from the prosecutor to the comment by the governor.
“Unlike the governor, we believe that no one is above the law, and that our communities are safer when people see and believe that is true. In these cases, Austin police officers indiscriminately fired deadly weapons into crowds of people. Many of the people hit were innocent bystanders and they suffered severe and lasting injuries. Our investigation into this matter continues. Safety and accountability are our priority, not political talking points.”
Two justice systems in the US, one for the wealthy, politicians and LE and another justice system for the rest of us.

I wanted to see if anyone can recommend a Attorney that can help me figure out why for years I was not on the Registry. Once I moved back to my city they placed me on the site. For 3 years the city I was living in said I was a non disclosure and was advised that by the DOJ. 3 months after living here I was advised I was posted on Megan’s Law. I called where I check in and they just said I should have been on it. I have been getting the run around for years now.
