Michigan ACLU Attorney

Miriam Aukerman will be in The Room!

Please pre-register here to receive your link to engage with others in the WAR Room.

Hopefully, our members and supporters have opened and read the blast received yesterday regarding the on-going saga of the war being waged in Michigan between their ACLU and the state ‘powers-that-be’!

We will have as our WAR Room guest on Tuesday, February 8th at 7 PM central time / 5 PM Pacific Time, Michigan ACLU Senior Attorney Miriam Aukerman. She will share more details concerning their tenacious fight. It will be interesting to hear if she has any thoughts on their Attorney General, Dana Nessel’s sign-on to the letter from 37 state AGs regarding the ALI upcoming vote after sharing a different view in 2020 regarding their registry.

Our time with Miriam will be limited so set your clock, calendar or watch. Make sure you register for the meeting AND hold on to the login information for the night of the call.

We as individual activists and advocacy organizations need to step forward and support this initiative financially as well as approach the other state ACLUs asking that they take the same actions. We have been told if the ACLUs take on our cause they will lose funding from others. We need to help them understand our numbers and impact. 917,000 plus 2.5 to 3 million family members is a sizable chunk of supporters and contributors.

Please invite other registrant and family members as well as your state ACLU representative to engage in the conversation by pre-registering and then attending the WAR-Room.

Click on the link below (or at the top) to pre-register for the WAR Room Meeting Tuesday February 8, 2022  at 7 PM Central Time / 5 PM Pacific Time.  You will receive your personal link to enter the meeting and after doing so you will be ready to participate.

I feel like I’m signing up to see Elvis. Yea I’m that old.

I’m in. See you all there.

Ditto, I signed up as well to hear what she has to say.

Thank you, all the support we are getting around the country is very encouraging.

Is this available to listen to anywhere?

Attorneys make Case & Controversy by tampering laws to prosecute 1000s of men unlawfully in Michigan.
Dana Nessel ,AG and County courts cover it up.
Every arrest and imprisonment is not authorized if no victim exists.
Just read the full laws and full jury instructions , for example : mcl750.145c2.
A giant Class Action is needed.
