You should look into the abuse of the federal/ state safety/security clause. Note that a scare tactic was used to convince a law to pass. Then develop the registry. Then it became international. Just because they ‘closed’ the loop holes within the legal system does not mean they havent opened other avenues. This is over reach of power. Checks and balances need to be put in place. And constitutional amendments to exclude regulatory measure proved to be punishments of barbarity. There also needs to be an amendment to somehow include the definition of the pursuit of happiness and how it should never be unconstitutional. There also needs to be amendments to prevent the abuse of these so called ‘clauses’. This is a gross barbaric abuse of power to expand its reach internationally. And there should definitely be amendments to include sensible term limits for all political positions. I feel the whole legal system needs to be completely overhauled because of this. And even so this program in its entirety IS unconstitutional because it leaves the window wide open for due process concerns. It allows law enforcement and anyone else within the legal system or society in general to create a irrebuttable presumption of guilt before an act was even committed. Vigilantes are then blindly created, with abuse of immunities. And psycological manipulation as a weapon. It allows for the court to set up a case that looks real on paper and causing a conviction but in reality there was fake and manipulated evidence and statements. Canada allowed for 2nd convictions only on the list, of course depending on severity im sure. And in Finland or Norway I believe they don’t even have one, they treat everyone the same and even check up on how they are doing. This whole program also fails to provide adequate and fair reintegration back into society. This is just an invisible form of the Scarlett letter, the barbarity.and also dig up ANY and ALL case legal studies about sorna. There’s still actors within the system of its entirety that are corrupted and need be removed from office. Not only does this ruin your reputation within society it ruins your reputation as a human being. How does one with NO ‘reputation’ provide for themselves within society. Especially if there is an overly broad use of the legal definition(s) of safety and security that has been weaponized to bypass the constitution and human rights. The most important document in the FREE world is the Constitution. An American should not have to live in constant surveillance. An American should be able to pursue happiness without obstruction in some form. And an American should be able to travel freely to any state they want without fear of conviction. That ever watching eye is a real constitutional issue. This isn’t the America I grew up in. Since when did they weaponize the legal system and use the public enforcement to push compliance? Bring freedom and independence back. Remember policing is a new human invention, past societies used military to do it, which led to abuse of power. Policing was supposed to fix that.
