A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement worker was among 16 men arrested in a Minnesota trafficking investigation that targeted individuals seemingly attempting to solicit a minor for sex, police said.

Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges said at a news conference on Tuesday that the three-day “Operation Creep” began on November 5 and focused on identifying people seeking to purchase sex from a 17-year-old girl.

“When he was arrested, he said, ‘I’m ICE, boys,'” Hodges said. “Well, unfortunately for him, we locked him up.”

Alexander _____, 41, of Robbinsdale, is a civilian auditor with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and has been charged in the sting, Fox 9 reported. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

An ICE spokesperson told Newsweek via email on Wednesday that Alexander “was hired under the Biden administration in 2022,” and that he was “immediately” placed on administrative leave. “ICE is working with local authorities as well as conducting its own investigation,” the spokesperson said.

“An ICE spokesperson told Newsweek via email on Wednesday that Alexander ‘was hired under the Biden administration in 2022’ ” As if that makes any difference at all. Does anyone think that hiring standards were any different in 2022 than they are now? What a ridiculous thing to say.

Also, a background check is made on every federal employee. Which means that he was not a PFR at the time of the alleged offense.

A nobody walks into a courtroom and tells the judge, ” I’m ICE baby.” The judge says, ” Oh yeah, You should know better and be held accountable for your actions. I’m sentencing you to the max time as well as lifetime registration. ”

Meanwhile in reality this case will be swept under the rug due to those in positions of authority can do no wrong. Society come to believe that committing sex crimes is a lifetime job and PFRs can’t control their urges. I say, ” BS and society needs to stop playing Simon Says and think critically even if their brain hurts.”

You can tell how desperate the Trump administration is trying to do damage control for their precious ICE agency by deflecting blame with this “was hired under the Biden Administration in 2022.” As if that matters. He is on your team now – part of your flock. Can’t separate that.
