In Palmdale, no less, which until a few weeks ago (thanks CA RSOL) had some of the most crippling 290 restrictions on earth.
And did I read this right – he was suspended for 3 (three) years WITH pay????
Here is another one (just today) serving and protecting.

What is preferential treatment treatment…????………….public
funded personnel………laws and how you’re treated depends
if you’re a public employee or not.
Where is the justice? Why is this man being paid? It’s time to clean up your city, Palmdale! Crooked cops need to suffer the same consequences although I don’t wish the sex offender registry upon anyone. It’s too great a punishment, despite what the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2003.
As I’ve said many times before, the largest single group of sex offenders by vocation is law enforcement. Their victims are coerced and threatened to not say a word “or else”, when a law enforcement officer is finally caught, there tends to be much more love than there is for John Q. Public and when they’re sentenced (rarely) their sentences are usually one third that of their civilian counterparts. Go figure!
Recently, the Probation Chief in Santa Clara County gets popped for kiddie porn. Follow that and see if he receives a slap on the wrist or gets a free pass.
I wish the registry on him.. Those that represent the law should face the punishment of the law…
Speaking of special treatment – whatever happened to this?

This person is not on the web site (don’t look if you are not allowed to) as a conviction of OC with a 15 year old would require.
If I were in LA County I might just go down to the courthouse to take a looksie…
@ Joe and Bluewall; we all know that law enforcement gets a free pass. I’ve written the state AG and her response is that it’s up to the counties (to give a free pass) or to sentence as they so choose. The police get away with it, time and time again and it goes unpublished and unreported.
Police are the largest group of sex offenders by vocation!
