STURGEON BAY – A man who didn’t like that a sex offender moved into the neighborhood, so he set that man’s home on fire, was convicted Thursday.
T.J. Robert Hunt pleaded no contest to arson, according to online court records. Three other counts were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for July 14 in Door County Circuit Court.
Hunt and Justin Baker set fire to the residence of ____ ____. ____ was convicted in Michigan in 2009 of 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Assault, according to the state registry. Authorities said the two cited ____’s sex offender status as the reason for the fire.

A while back I read a report from some southern state about how many registered citizens were missing and presumed hiding from law enforcement.
Could it be that a great many of these people have been the victims of vigilante justice and will never be found alive?
so “wonderin” you think that’s a good idea? What Would Jesus Do if you still hate a person when you die you will go to hell but the offender if he repents of his way’s and ask for forgiveness God see’s it no more and he enters the kingdom of heaven, something to think about, you give a murderer a better chance at a new life but yet his victom is DEAD, not sayin either one is right but if you want someone to change you have to give them another chance if not why would they change no one cares about them
I believe arsonists need to register for life too … What a bummer (sarcastically sai) once released after serving his time he WILL FIND HIMSELF ON A REGISTRY for life! Karma.
And yet, the govt. doesn’t see anything wrong with the registry. So sad 🙁
