California RSOL will return to Los Angeles on November 10 at 10 am and will meet at the same location, the ACLU building at 1313 W. 8th Street. The California State Assembly is currently considering legislation (AB 2086) that would require municipal jurisdictions that enact local ordinances that restrict the movement of registered citizens to post notices of those ordinances.
