If they won’t be auditing the in prison programs, how about the post release programs? No? Okay then maybe the validity of the studies, so called logic, stories, and opinions utilized to create the justification and language of the laws defining sex offenses and treatment programs for those offenses? Still no go?
What’s the matter? No one seems to have issues passing judgment on offenders and their behavior. So why the hesitation when even a slice of the status quo is about to be reviewed for effectiveness?
