In a single day, the Kansas Supreme Court issues important constitutional opinions — and overrules them (Opinion)

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything quite like it. On Friday the Kansas Supreme Court issued decisions in three cases — State v. Buser, State v. Redmond and Doe v. Thompson — holding that Kansas’s Offender Registration Act, requiring anyone previously convicted of various violent felonies, drug crimes or sex offenses to register with state authorities, cannot be constitutionally applied to people whose underlying felony convictions occurred before enactment of the registration statute in 2011. I can not even make words bad enough , its plain as the nose on there stupid faces , weak , watered down , spineless , fat headed Bitc!h made, I read this stuff and what’s bad is that it don’t even surprise me any more , its like they full get it, they know that the RC for the most part are the onlyones that can see or will see , and we don’t matter, kind of like they are shoing a fly out of the way , or trying to push folks over the edge , or rally people to come and protest stronger against us even harder because they are afraid that RC’s might gain ground , and the people will loose there favorite pass time , hunting RC’s , and not looking at the scum bags that are ripping them off , its all a big lie ,
