This will hopefully prove a valid warning to anyone who chooses to repost information found on Registration websites. No matter what their intentions, if the original info is wrong (and there is a wealth of errors on those sites), they should be held accountable. WTG Janice! Keep up the great work!

None of the plaintiff’s were on any registry.

“Rodrick, 55, was sued by three people who say they were profiled on his websites even though they were not convicted of sex crimes.”

What an absolute creep. He deserves prison time for that malicious assault on ex-sex offenders.. what a low-life scumbag. I’m glad the pathetic life of this worm was put on trial and found guilty.Pay up chump!!!!

Oh yeah I also want to mention my donation will be in by the end of this week coming up. Thank you rsol

Now it is time to sue CA Meg Law for harassment, false accusations and failing to update. Good work Janice.

Am I missing something? The claims by two actual registrants about extortion were dismissed. How did ex offenders win?

Obviously, the jury didn’t side with either of them. The only thing I took away from the decision is if you are charged with a sex crime and not convicted, or if you are the mother of a registrant, the US District Court of Phoenix doesn’t believe you are worthy of protection. Good for Major Ellis but it sucks for the rest of Chucky’s victims, in my opinion.

The ex-offenders didn’t win.

The judge only allowed the three plaintiffs to sue b/c they were never offenders. So everyone else who got conned, it doesn’t matter they were extorted monies b/c the Judge didn’t allow it to continue for those plaintiffs.

Again, more proof that registrants are second class citizens b/c the extortion claims were deemed non-existent to the Judge.

Judgement went to the CEO without a history. That’s to be expected. But, I didn’t know you can be barred from suing if you have a conviction?

Great job Janice. I hope plaintiffs will see the money. At least it may worry some of the other websites.

Homefacts, city-data.com, family watchdog, and all the multiple number of “family” apps
You guys better be careful about what you put out or expect a lawsuit

This is what happens when this kind of internet thuggery gets out of hand

I hope he’s not planning on raising the money he owes by opening a few more ‘valid’ extortion sites.
