FL: Officials: Florida Sex Offender Charged With Illegal Voting

MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) — A registered sex offender in Florida has been arrested on charges that he voted illegally in the November 2020 election.

Louis Palmieri, 77, of Melbourne, was charged Tuesday with false affirmation in connection with an election and voting by an unqualified elector, both third-degree felonies, according to Brevard County jail records. Melbourne is on the Atlantic coast, about 60 miles (96 kilometers) southeast of Orlando.

Palmieri voted in the November 2020 election after signing paperwork claiming he was eligible to vote, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Election Crime Unit said in a news release. Florida voters passed a state constitutional amendment in 2018 to restore the voting rights of most convicted felons, but the amendment exempted felons convicted of murder or sexual offences.

So they arrested him for exercising the cornerstone right USA was built upon. Florida continues to be the absolute worst.

Criminal regimes like Floriduh want everyone to believe that they conduct fair and accurate elections. To me that means that they are guaranteeing that only people who are supposed to vote are able to vote. For example, we don’t want someone visiting from Turkey or wherever, voting. The criminal regime really also needs to ensure that no person votes more than one time. Things like that.

So, are they just trusting everyone to do all that? Or do the criminals actually want us to believe they are preventing it?

I think regardless of what reality is, the criminal regimes SHOULD BE conducting accurate elections and the onus SHOULD BE on them 100% to only allow valid voters to vote. If they have dumbf*ck rules that prevent some citizens from voting, then they should enforce that.

So, f*ck the criminals for arresting people who are only doing what they rightfully ought to be allowed to do anyway.

I hate these criminal regimes more literally every single day. I don’t think a day goes by where my hatred and disgust for them does not increase. I’m ensuring that matters.

And how many non-registrants that vote when they are not legally allowed to make the news?

I’m going to say it again, I am never ever going to visit Floridah again!!!!!!!! Been there about 25 times already so I have had enough. Have not been there since 1997 and have no interest in going back.

I’d like to see someone take the sex offender exception to Florida’s election eligibility la to the US Supreme Court. If they struck it down, I’m curious to see how the the legislature’s attitude toward registrants would change.

Statistically, probably wouldn’t matter all that much statewide or nationally. We’d only be talking about 30 or 35 thousand more voters in Florida is that exception were gone (despite the 80,000 deep Florida registry, well over half are dead, incarcerated, or no longer in the state). But it would significantly impact the legislative district electoral map.

This one goes to SCOTUS. If it doesn’t you know the fascists have complete immersion.

Florida. Fascism. Both start with the letter F.
