Grand Theft O.C. – The Ballad of Tony Rackauckas

I don’t live in Orange County, but I’ve been there. I enjoyed a couple of trips to “The OC” after my mom passed away about 3 1/2 years ago. The beaches are nice and there is a lot to see and do. I even visited a couple of the parks while I was there on 2011. The year 2011 was a landmark year for me, as I had to rebuild my life after losing my mom and my fiancee the year before. Apparently, 2011 was a landmark year for Orange County DA Tony Rackauckas. Full Piece

Good article but with one major omission. All these wonderful things didn’t just happen spontaneously. Ms. Janice and Frank have put a lot of time and energy into bringing this about.
Attorney Janice Belluci, CEO of California Reform Sex Offender Laws, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Thanks, too, to Frank and all the other people who donated their time and Money to make this possible.

I agree wholeheartedly. Janice and Frank definitely built the groundwork and any success is thanks to them. I am so grateful that we have such strong leaders in California. Thank you Janice and Frank.

That orange county greed selfish abuse mis-use of power is one of several to shut down that oc shop office …..they put forth an agenda to the public that they would to a jury…..no evidence mind you…just false deceptive instructions so the jury public sides with the powers that be….thank God there are some noble respectful judges to fairness and human rights…..you have to know how a court trial is set up for you to fail…you could pitch a nohitter (example) and still lose in oc……..and personnel suppose to correct a proceeding …forget it…theyre in cover their tracks mode…they didn’t want a real attorney in the case …they tell you no more public defender..you will get a private attorney …..whom later find out was a state employee …close down that oc shop.

I think someone should write good ol Tony baloney a swan song and get royalties. His witch in waiting can use the same song too 🙂

People like him and his witch in waiting need to just go away.
